A big win at the Supreme Court brought new excitement into the reproductive rights movement as we head toward an election that could solidify or do away with Roe v. Wade. RALLY worked with NARAL and a coalition of the 12 biggest reproductive rights, health and justice groups including Planned Parenthood, ACLU, National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health, Center for Reproductive Rights, Whole Woman’s Health, and others to organize All Access – a night of music and comedy supporting abortion rights.
All Access brought celebrities, activists, and abortion rights supporters together in 30 cities across the country for a night of action to raise awareness around barriers to abortion access. The event was capped off with a headline performance in Cleveland by Billboard 100 chart topping singer Sia, and performances by Teyana Taylor and Saturday Night Live star and comedian Leslie Jones, among others. Tens of thousands of people participated in person and online, elevating the issue of abortion access nationally for the first time in decades.
RALLY is working to uplift and amplify the voices of the 7 in 10 Americans who support abortion access to showcase their diversity and collective power. RALLY is developing new, forward-looking messaging for the coalition and creating materials that encourage supporters to speak up, speak out, and use their collective power to support abortion access for all.
