Teach For America engaged RALLY to help communicate directional shifts to the organization’s key audiences, including college students, current TFA teachers, alumni and supporters. RALLY developed new messaging approaches targeted to each audience segment based on insights learned from a detailed landscape analysis. RALLY then designed and coordinated with TFA’s digital team to execute an online message test to guide recommendations for how best to connect with TFA’s audiences and drive engagement.
Previously, RALLY worked with TFA-Bay Area to release a report on teacher preparation, Rethinking Teacher Preparation: Empowering Local Schools to Solve the Teacher Shortage and Build Better Teachers. The report earned media coverage in key education outlets, established TFA-Bay Area’s credentials as a thoughtful leader on teacher preparation issues, expanded TFA-Bay Area’s relationships with education stakeholders, and set the groundwork for their California legislative agenda.
