Warner Bros. asked RALLY to help develop and launch a multi-platform campaign featuring the DC Comics brand, Justice League, to increase awareness and funding for the hunger crisis in the Horn of Africa. We created messaging aimed at the target audience of comic book fans as well as media relations and event execution as part of the New York launch of the campaign. The We Can Be Heroes” campaign drove new awareness about the crisis and new financial support from a broader slice of the American public. This effort uniquely educated and engaged ardent comic fans loyal to the brand while also appropriately addressing the severity and urgency of the impending hunger crisis.
