Account Executive

Allison Martin is an Account Executive at RALLY in the Los Angeles office where she specializes in campaign strategy, research, and polling analysis.

At RALLY, Allison works with Students Matter to ensure every child receives the quality education they deserve. Allison tracks and analyzes the media landscape, conducts research, manages the organization’s online presence, and offers strategic communications support. Allison also serves the Oakland-based nonprofit Educate78, which strives to ensure that every student — in all 78 square miles of Oakland – has access to world-class public schools. Through her digital, social media, and communications work, Allison supports the organization’s strategic, grassroots campaign initiatives.

Prior to joining RALLY, Allison served on campaigns in California, New York, Florida, and New Mexico, including then-Councilman Eric Garcetti’s successful mayoral bid. While attending college, she interned at Cerrell Associates, a public affairs firm, and Benenson Strategy Group, a national opinion research firm.

Allison graduated from UCLA where she majored in Political Science and minored in Public Affairs. As an undergraduate, she was involved in various non-profit organizations including Camp Kesem and Swipes for the Homeless.

Allison grew up in the California coastal community of San Luis Obispo. Her political idol is David Axelrod, whom she was privileged to meet while working on Mayor Garcetti’s campaign. Outside of RALLY, Allison enjoys documentaries and indie films, exploring different parts of Los Angeles, traveling, trying new eateries, and supporting her beloved Bruins at the Rose Bowl.
