Brooke Cullison is an Account Executive at RALLY where she specializes in targeted digital advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and website development.

Brooke’s experience ranges from digital marketing and communications to targeted online advertising campaigns. She has worked with several Democratic campaigns and organizations over the last two election cycles – DLCC, Virginia & Alaska State Democratic Parties, Washington Center for Gun Responsibility, UFCW, Cory Booker for Senate, NARAL, Planned Parenthood, NEA and more. Using voter file targeting, custom email list matching, and the most advanced programmatic advertising tools, Brooke has created and run campaigns that have moved progressive causes forward. From awareness to direct response digital campaigns, she has mobilized voters at the local and national level.

Prior to joining RALLY, Brooke ran digital advertising campaigns at Quantcast, analyzing online consumer and browsing behavior paired with the most sophisticated modeling. Overseeing targeted campaigns for major brands – Hyundai, Best Western, Dignity Health, Infiniti Motors – she leveraged and analyzed data to target the most qualified audience leads. She brings the most modern digital strategies to RALLY to plan and execute cutting-edge digital campaigns for our clients.

Brooke graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science. When not in the office working on all things digital, Brooke enjoys views of the city on top of Runyon Canyon and exploring L.A. for the best Mexican food.
