RALLY provided strategic guidance and support for Time’s Up, a ground-breaking start-up organization working to promote equity, safety and dignity for women of all kinds in the workplace.
RALLY began working with Time’s Up on its first day of existence, providing strategic guidance on organizational structure, managing relationships with existing non-profits working to end sexual harassment and assault, and developing strategic ideas for the organization to fulfill its mission. Additionally, RALLY executed three international “Days of Witness” bringing women from multiple industries together in London, New York and Los Angeles to discuss how to end sexual harassment.
Time’s Up is now established as a national organization working to end sexual harassment, with chapters in advertising, news, and venture capital and a broad awareness and social media following from people around the country and the world.
