How do you engage the public to advocate for the long term solutions we need to end homelessness in Los Angeles?
Los Angeles voters overwhelmingly approved a tax to support housing and services that will take our neighbors experiencing homelessness off the streets for good. But, without sustained support, those solutions risk being derailed in the face of political apathy and local NIMBYism. Rally helped conceive of and launch Everyone In, a campaign powered by United Way of Greater Los Angeles to activate Angelenos in the 10-year plan to end homelessness.
“New coalition urges ‘Everyone In’ to combat L.A.’s homelessness crisis”

RALLY is focused on driving corporate partnerships in LA’s sports, tech, and entertainment communities in order to amplify the Everyone In campaign’s reach. We also work to shift the narrative around the effort to end homelessness in Los Angeles through dynamic storytelling events and extensive earned media outreach. Working with the Everyone In organizing team, RALLY developed messaging and communications materials aimed at moving people to speak up for supportive housing and supportive services in their neighborhoods.
“Life After the Streets”

RALLY’s work launched the Everyone In campaign with coverage in every major media outlet in Los Angeles. We also helped place a variety of media focused on solutions and progress, including profile pieces on outreach workers and stories of individuals who formerly experienced homelessness, and are now living stable lives with the support of services and housing. A series of events throughout Los Angeles have increased empathy and inspired action by Angelenos who support solutions to end homelessness.
