Alex Hammarstedt is a Senior Designer in RALLY’s San Francisco office with years of experience in branding, visual identities, and web design.
At RALLY, Alex works with SEIU-UHW, creating graphics and digital elements supporting their fight for better pay for Kaiser workers. She also works with The Raikes Foundation on the launch of the brand and website for their Student Experience Project campaign, and with the Peninsula Open Space Trust to develop an outdoor and digital advertising campaign raising awareness of open space in the Bay Area’s southern peninsula.
Before joining RALLY, Alex was the Art Director for SOMA Magazine, a bi-monthly publication dedicated to discovering and featuring up and coming creatives.
An Oakland native, Alex studied Art Direction and History of Art and Architecture at Boston University before returning to the Bay Area. While at school she created award-winning designs with an advertising team as part of BU’s AdLab program.
In her free time, Alex is outside hiking or tucked in her favorite restaurant enjoying good food with people she loves.
