Ayannah Crawley is a Senior Account Executive at RALLY’s Los Angeles office with experience in content strategy, campaign management, and research. Ayannah has worked on a broad range of issues from gender and racial equity to health equity. Ayannah works with the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, developing their communications strategy for 2021. Additionally, Ayannah supports messaging and community engagement strategy on the California vaccination campaign.
Previously, Ayannah worked with the California Wellness Foundation’s Upspoken campaign targeting Black women in California to address the disproportionate rates of HIV, AIDS, and STIs among this group. She helped launch RoyalTea, the first-ever sexual health and wellness guide created for Black women by Black women. She supported earned media, managed social media, and oversaw design for its launch.
Prior to RALLY, Ayannah completed her MA in Strategic Communications where she volunteered for NARAL Pro-Choice North Carolina’s office to develop a crisis communications plan and developed research that examined how the order of information, message framing, and specificity influences college students to report sexual assault.
She relocated to Los Angeles from North Carolina and enjoys visiting museums and trying different restaurants.
