Elyse Dickson is an Account Manager – Digital at RALLY’s Los Angeles office. With over a decade of experience in digital and traditional communications for organizations across the United States, Australia, and the UK, she provides clients with an integrated approach to their digital communications challenges.
At RALLY, Elyse works with the Computer Science for California coalition to grow their online communities and build support for equitable access to CS education, advocates for regional solutions to homelessness in King County through the We Are In campaign, provides strategic advice to the Reboot Representation Tech Equity coalition, and uses social media advertising and email marketing to raise money for the WA Food Fund.
On any given day you might find her geeking out on analytics, creating engaging online content and data-driven strategies, or researching new ways to reach audiences. During her time at RALLY, Elyse has spearheaded our work with paid influencers, engaging them on a variety of accounts from education to food security to renewable energy advocacy.
Before moving to sunny Los Angeles, Elyse lived in not-so-sunny London, managing digital strategy for the UK’s leading youth volunteering organization. She also worked for fundraising agency Homemade Digital, helping charities recruit and nurture fundraisers online, and raised hundreds of thousands of pounds via Facebook for international disaster relief and refugee aid. Prior to that, Elyse worked for one of Australia’s leading nonprofits for ten years, working her way up from Media Assistant to leading the Public Communications team, and becoming one of the organization’s youngest managers.
When Elyse isn’t working, she’s probably planning her next overseas vacation, getting sweaty exercising, experimenting in the kitchen, making cocktails, or winding down in front of the television with a glass of Australian Shiraz.
Elyse holds a Master of Human Rights and Bachelor of Law from university in her hometown of Sydney, Australia.
