Estefania Gonzalez is an Account Associate in RALLY’s Los Angeles office with experience in earned media, social media, strategic communications, research and analysis.
At Rally, Estefania works with Black Lives Matter, the James Beard Foundation, Alliance for Food Sovereignty in Africa (AFSA), and is currently working with the California Department of Health to encourage Californians to get their COVID vaccine. Estefania joined RALLY as a fellow where she provided communications support to People for the American Way, civil society organizations in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and NRDC. In her time, Estefania has supported her clients in advocating for environmental justice, food justice, racial justice, and political advocacy.
Estefania is a graduate from the University of Southern California, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in NGOs and Social Change as well as her master’s in Public Administration within the USC Price School of Public Policy. Driven to think about human connection as it relates to public policy– Estefania has interned within government, high level NGOs, and political organizing. What drives Estefania to work in social justice is opportunity—expanding choice, access, advocacy, agency, and creating a better world for her younger sisters.
When not on the clock, you can expect to find Estefania watching food competition shows, taste testing for the best ice cream in LA, and saving for her future corgi puppy.
