Evan is a Digital Account Executive in RALLY’s Los Angeles office, specializing in digital strategy, advertising, and mobilization.
At RALLY, Evan leads paid and organic digital strategy for All In Washington, expanding awareness around key funding needs and raising donations for COVID-19 relief. The campaign partners with famous Washingtonians including Ciara and Russel Wilson, as well as micro-influencers to build trust and solicit support for disproportionately affected communities. He also works with the California Partners Project, advising on content strategy and digital channel integration.
Previously at RALLY, Evan helped grow the Packard Foundation’s digital footprint, building out a strategic framework process that leveraged the foundation’s strength as a peer convener and a platform for elevating grantees’ stories. He also supported Chicago CRED’s inVEST campaign, galvanizing and amplifying community support and pressuring local officials to fund the Mayor’s Office of Violence Reduction.
Prior to RALLY, Evan worked with humanitarian NGOs World Vision International and Compassion International, auditing website structures, and testing landing pages to optimize donor funnels.
Evan grew up in Northern California and moved to Los Angeles to attend Azusa Pacific University. When he’s not in the office, Evan loves hiking (outside of LA), trying out a new recipe, reading with an AeroPress cup of coffee, and playing music.
