Lana Ramadan is an Account Associate in RALLY’s San Francisco office with experience in message development, political strategy, and media relations.
At RALLY, Lana combines experience in digital content management with strategic messaging to guide Students Matter, a national nonprofit organization that seeks to improve access to quality public education, in engaging and activating parents through the tough challenges facing California public schools. Lana also supports the media outreach and digital communications of XQ: The Super School Project, in driving a national conversation about redesigning America’s high school system.
Previously, Lana helped launch Resilient by Design | Bay Area Challenge, a collaborative research and design project that brings together residents, public officials, and experts to develop innovative solutions to a changing climate, through press and event coordination, digital marketing, social media content, and messaging.
Prior to RALLY, Lana worked on criminal justice reform at a social impact firm in Los Angeles, where she developed messaging and strategy for several California Endowment campaigns. She also guided policy research and developed messaging and digital content for influential artists and nonprofits.
Born and raised in California, Lana is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where she majored in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies. She is passionate about the migration rights of Syrian refugee women and their access to physical and mental health services.
When she’s not in the office, Lana enjoys trying new brunch spots, flying her friend’s drone around the Bay Area, zip lining, and being cast as an extra in films.
