Micaela Chavez is an Digital Account Executive in RALLY’s San Francisco office with experience in campaign development, policy analysis, and digital strategy.
At RALLY, Micaela works with The California Endowment, California’s largest health foundation, to fund and further youth development programs and restorative justice policies in communities of color.
Prior to RALLY, Micaela worked as a digital associate for a political consulting firm in Washington D.C., where she designed and executed digital programs during the 2016 election cycle for state legislative races and issue advocacy organizations.
During the Democratic primary, Micaela worked on Bernie Sanders’ 2016 digital team at Revolution Messaging, developing SMS messaging content and implementing mobile fundraising strategies.
Micaela graduated from American University where she majored in International Relations with a concentration in Global and Comparative Governance, and minored in Spanish Language Studies. She spent a semester abroad in Santiago, Chile, taking coursework in international political systems and interning at the Chilean Ministry of Education.
A California native, Micaela was born in San Francisco, grew up in Mill Valley, and is excited to be back in the Bay after a five-year stint in the nation’s capital. When she’s not in the office, Micaela spends her time exploring Mount Tam with her always disappointing yellow Lab and planning her next trip to Latin America.
