Morgan Grimm is an Account Associate at RALLY’s Seattle Office with experience in creative storytelling, strategic communications, and research.
Morgan has supported her clients in advocating for racial justice, social inclusion, environmental justice, gender equity, and political advocacy. At RALLY, Morgan works with clients like Black Lives Matter, California Solar Alliance, and Casey Family Programs. She is currently helping the Andrew Nikou Foundation launch a new media hub focused on addressing biased power dynamics to foster social inclusion in the workplace. Morgan joined RALLY as a copywriting fellow, developing content for clients like the Raikes Foundation and Equity Starts Early.
Prior to RALLY, Morgan worked with start-ups and media companies to harness emerging mediums, like VR/AR, for advocacy. Morgan is a graduate from the University of Southern California where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis on social change, focusing on entrepreneurship and philanthropy alike. While at USC, she researched inclusion in entertainment with Dr. Stacy Smith of the Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, led several student-led organizations focused on gender equity, and developed an appreciation for the em dash.
