Nayab Iqbal is an Account Associate in RALLY’s San Francisco Office with experience in strategic communications, earned media, social media strategy, and message development.
At RALLY, Nayab works with clients to achieve greater gender, racial, and environmental justice, often through messaging development, earned media plans, and creative advocacy campaigns.
Currently, Nayab works with the American Jewish World Service on strategic message creation for communities in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She also works on capacity building and earned media for the International Union for Conservation of Nature as they build a campaign around a new economic vision for Uganda. Nayab first joined RALLY as a Communications fellow and has worked with Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, United Ways of California, and USC Edge.
Nayab is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara, where she majored in Political Science with a minor in Feminist Studies. Prior to joining RALLY, Nayab was organizing during the 2020 election season with the Sister District Project. She also ran the social media for a political nonprofit in Santa Barbara and interned with Senator Kamala Harris and CA Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson.
In her free time, you can find Nayab reading a book at a local coffee shop, solving the New York Times crossword, or planning her next getaway.
