Noah Finneburgh is a Director in RALLY’s San Francisco office, where he specializes in electoral campaigns, paid media, messaging, and copywriting. Noah is passionate about shaping our clients’ narratives through compelling digital, mail, and TV advertising, to help elect candidates to local, state, and federal office, secure big ballot measure wins, and advance progressive public policy.
At RALLY, Noah has overseen paid media and communications strategies for campaigns in California, Washington, and Colorado. Most recently, Noah composed digital, video, radio, mail, and print advertising for clients including the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Equality California, United Way of Greater Los Angeles, and independent expenditures which worked to elect President Joe Biden and U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff. Noah is also passionate about environmental protection and has written direct mail and digital advertising for our clients involved in coastal protection and State Park funding.
In his home region of Northern California, Noah is known as a hands-on general consultant who wins tough campaigns against the odds. Recently, he led campaigns that elected Berkeley Mayor Jesse Arreguin and Richmond Mayor Tom Butt.
Noah has been a political and communications consultant for 15 years. Prior to joining RALLY, he served as the Vice President and Communications Director at a Bay Area political consulting firm. Before that, he worked as a fundraiser, field organizer, and social media strategist for campaigns across California.
Noah grew up in Oakland, California and graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in Film and Digital Media and a Minor in Electronic Music. Outside the office, Noah enjoys music, reading political history, rooting for his Oakland A’s, and finding the next great sushi restaurant and coffee shop.
