Samantha Wong is a Digital Account Associate in RALLY’s Los Angeles office with experience in targeted digital advertising, social media marketing, and digital analytics.
Samantha first joined RALLY as a digital fellow. She works with the California Wellness Foundation’s Upspoken campaign to raise awareness about the disproportionate impact of HIV, AIDS, and STIs on women of color. Samantha assisted with message development, digital content creation, and community outreach to empower women of color and address knowledge gaps in sexual health education. In addition, Samantha also works with the Tipping Point Community’s ongoing digital initiatives to break the cycle of poverty by promoting feasible solutions to end chronic homelessness in San Francisco.
Samantha has a diverse background with experience in political consulting, broadcasting journalism, and social entrepreneurship. Prior to RALLY, she worked for Precision Strategies in Washington D.C. as a Digital Advertising Intern, where she focused on creating and executing digital advertising strategies for Democratic campaigns and organizations. Samantha also gained experience in digital transformation, organizational design, and crisis communications as a Digital and Management Consulting Intern at PulsePoint Group in Los Angeles.
Samantha graduated from UCLA with a major in Political Science and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Passionate about using market-driven strategies to tackle critical social issues, Samantha led marketing and communications at Net Impact UCLA where she provided business consulting services to social enterprises.
Born and bred in Hong Kong, Samantha has traveled to 11 countries during her gap year and collects Starbucks mugs around the world. She frequents the LA movie scene and enjoys discovering matcha latte around the city.
