Zach Carter is an Account Associate at RALLY’s Los Angeles office with experience in strategic communications, messaging development, and media analysis.
He joined RALLY as a Communications Fellow, supporting campaign strategies for Campaign Zero, Walton Family Foundation, and Black Lives Matter as well as messaging development for C40 Cities. Currently, he works with the Climate Works Foundation to catalyze corporate shipping industries to electrify fleets, increase reproductive justice awareness among Gen Zers with the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, and help the TCE Youth Awards blossom further as the best venue to honor and amplify California’s youth organizers.
Zach is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley where he studied Political Science and Public Policy. As an undergrad, he was a Youth Organizing intern at Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s headquarters in Washington, D.C., and served as a Teach For America Accelerate Fellow. As an ASUC Senator, he wrote grants to fund $18,000 in reproductive health initiatives on Berkeley’s campus.
Outside of RALLY, Zach spends time hiking, pedaling in place on a stationary bike, practicing yoga, or exploring the city with his friends.
