Elle Carlos is an Account Executive in RALLY’s Los Angeles office with background in media relations, project management, and content development.
At RALLY, Elle leads strategic messaging for Native Americans in Philanthropy that empowers Indigenous peoples to cultivate healthy and sustainable communities. She creates content for the Andrew Nikou Foundation that focuses on inclusion in the workplace and collaborates with the California Partnership to End Domestic Violence to further the conversation in domestic violence prevention.
Prior to RALLY, Elle worked for a public relations agency based in the Inland Empire. While there Elle worked in environmental advocacy and led an award-winning campaign for the South Coast Air Quality Management District. She also provided community and media relations expertise to tribal nations, as well as government agencies to support their COVID-19 education campaign. After nearly a decade as a production crew member for various Southern California sports arenas, Elle developed a knack for video production and worked to script and direct several video projects for clients.
Elle graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Mass Media. When she’s not at work you can find her gushing over elephant videos from various wildlife organizations, in the kitchen baking, listening to the Armchair Expert podcast, or shamelessly binge watching the latest must-watch television show.
