Sydney Spier is an Account Associate in RALLY’s San Francisco office with experience in strategic communications, political campaigning, and message development.
Currently, Sydney works with the California Wellness Foundation on content creation, with Teach for America on legislative advocacy, and with the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund on message development and testing. Sydney first joined RALLY as a Campaigns Fellow, where she supported various local city council campaigns.
Prior to joining RALLY, Sydney’s passion for policy and communications grew during her internship with the Press Office of California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, where she wrote press materials and social media copy on legal action and public policy topics. She has also held communications internships with SKDKnickerbocker, DKC, and Prague TV Media, Prague’s top online news site for the expat community.
A native Texan, Sydney moved to LA to attend the University of Southern California (Fight On!), where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. Although she misses Texas BBQ and the LA sunshine, Sydney loves exploring San Francisco and the broader Bay Area. When she’s not at work you can find her in a ballet class, lounging in a park, or trying out a new ice cream spot in the city.
